Sales Representative

This is mostly a field-based role requiring frequent travel, regular visits to customer sites and distributor locations.

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
2. Promote and sell assigned products and related services to commercial, industrial, and retail customers.
3. Conduct regular customer visits to understand product requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
5. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and close sales.
6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
7. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
8. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
9. Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
10. Participate in promotional campaigns, trade events, and customer engagement activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in batteries, tires or lubricants
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• With valid driver’s license to drive a four-wheeled vehicle and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
