Role: Sr. Associate - Projects
  • Job Description
  • - Work closely with product owners and IT stakeholders in identifying technical and product requirements.
  • - Involve in Sprint planning, Grooming, Requirement analysis calls with Product owners to understand business requirements and ensure test data needs are identified before SIT testing starts.
  • - Participate in scrum calls and interact with business team on day-to-day basis on deliverables.
  • - Involve in analyzing business specifications, testing requirements and Developing Test plans, Test cases, Test Scenarios and Traceability Matrix.
  • - Participate in defect review meetings and walkthroughs and interact with Business Analysts and Developers for resolving Defects.
  • - Involve in Defect monitoring which includes defect identification, defect logging, defect retesting and defect closure.
  • - Develop automated test cases when there is a feasibility to automate the requirements.
  • - Provides technical support throughout the design process and guidance in relation to procedures and techniques. Provide guidance to junior-level testers.
  • - Prepare technical test flow documents to capture the backend behavior using SQL queries for each Iteration and Ability to work nights and weekends on variable schedules as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification
  • - Knowledge on Humana – Enterprise operation Enablement with applications Salesforce CRM, Avaya, Softphone, Genesys.
  • - Need good understanding of the E2E flow of the application and co-ordination with relevant teams.
  • - Should have strong experience to create, review the Test Cases and Test scenarios.
  • - Should have testing experience in Agile Methodology process.
  • - Have experience in automation/framework tools/methodologies like Selenium Java with .Net Framework and TOSCA.
  • - Should have experience in Azure and Qtest tool.
  • - Experience in creating Test Documentations which includes Test plan, Test Strategy, Requirement traceability matrix and Test Execution Plan.
  • - Experience required in defect tracking which comprises of defect identification, defect logging, defect retesting and defect closure process.
