Salary Package: 16,200php
What we're looking for- Fresh graduates or those with previous experience in a customer service or call centre role are encouraged to apply
- or High School Graduate with 1 year Customer Service Experience
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga
- Must be amenable with Pure Dayshift Schedule
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
