A specialized, tech-forward growth role dedicated to driving operational leverage through AI. This position is responsible for building and deploying AI Agent frameworks to automate creative asset generation pipelines, establish real-time ad performance monitoring, and integrate programmatic optimization scripts via ad network APIs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- AI Agent & Workflow Deployment: Build, customize, and maintain internal AI Agents (via Coze, Dify, LangChain, etc.) to automate repetitive marketing operations and creative asset pipelines, radically boosting asset output.
- Automated Data Analysis: Implement automated monitoring agents that integrate with Google/FB ad account data to run real-time performance diagnostics and instantly flag CTR/ROI anomalies.
- Real-Time Programmatic Optimization: Collaborate with media buyers to deploy API-driven automation scripts that can execute real-time campaign adjustments (e.g., budget reallocation, pausing underperforming creatives, or instant bidding modifications).
- Strong technical literacy with a background in Growth Engineering, MarTech, or Tech-driven User Acquisition.
- Hands-on proficiency in setting up LLM workflows, embedding systems, and AI Agent builders (Dify, Coze, etc.).
- Familiarity with Python/scripts and Google/Facebook Marketing APIs for basic ad automation tasks is highly preferred.
