AUDIT DIRECTOR - CPA

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license required. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage
2. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in finance & accounting; with at least 2 years in a supervising or managerial capacity
3. Experience with any of the Big 4 Accounting/Audit Firms is highly preferred
4. Technical Skills: Must possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, keen attention to detail as well as experience with ERPs, preferably SAP or QuickBooks.
5. Leadership Skills: Must be an effective team leader with the ability to organize and execute when under demanding conditions and the demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders from all levels of the organization effectively
6. Analytical & Problem-solving: must demonstrate strong and grounded analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
7. Integrity and Ethics are essential to this role

Work Set Up: Hybrid (Onsite and WFH) - Candidate must be willing to relocate in Cebu for 3-5 years.
