Warehouse Supervisor

HIGHPOINT PROPERTY VENTURESis in search of a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor with experience supporting construction project operations. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, tools, and equipment on-site, aligned with project timelines and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of materials and equipment
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, including material issuance, stock cards, and delivery receipts
• Implement and monitor warehouse procedures, safety practices, and cleanliness
• Manage stock levels and perform periodic inventory audits
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to company protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or any related course
• At least 3 years of warehouse supervision experience in a construction project setting
• Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, and inventory systems
• Proficient in documentation, reporting, and basic warehouse software systems
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
