IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, or Product Owners to understand the defined product and organizational vision, strategy, and high-level goals.
- Align analysis and proposed solutions with the strategic direction of the business.
- Understand and analyze high-level product goals, stakeholder pain points, and business objectives to provide clear context for the technical team.
- Translate these goals into detailed, testable business, functional, and non-functional requirements using models and diagrams.
- Work with the Product Manager to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Apply any applicable techniques such as SWOT, BPMN, PESTLE, and impact analysis to support decision-making.
- Leverage approved tools and analytical techniques (e.g., BPMN, SWOT, impact analysis) to manage requirements and support informed decision making.
- Deliver well-defined Project and Functional Specification Documents to ensure alignment, clarity, and readiness for development.
- Maintain high-quality, version-controlled documentation and lead stakeholder engagement for eliciting, validating, and finalizing requirements.
- Work closely with Product Managers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather comprehensive requirements, define MVPs, and prioritize backlogs.
- Align daily business analysis activities with priorities set by IT Business Analysis leadership to ensure strategic consistency.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must have 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Must have experience in Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience.
- Applicant must have good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be amenable to work Hybrid at Makati City and can work Asap or after 2 weeks
