Fresh Grad | Company Nurse | Start ASAP

Are you a licensed nurse with a heart for helping others and a knack for promoting wellness in the workplace? We’re seeking a Company Nurse to ensure the health and safety of our Dumaguete-based employees.

What You'll Do:

• Provide nursing care and assistance to employees.
• Dispense and administer medicines, maintaining accurate records.
• Assist employees during medical emergencies and coordinate medical needs.
• Validate submitted medical certificates and issue hospital referrals when required.
• Maintain detailed employee health records, including medical and clinic visits.
• Promote health programs such as seminars, counseling, and wellness activities.
• Oversee medical supplies and ensure accurate inventory.
• Assist in the company’s annual physical exams and ensure compliance with government health benefits.
• Submit timely health reports and handle other health-related tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with PRC License.
• BOSH or OHNAP certification is a plus.
• 0-1 year of relevant nursing experience (advantageous but not required).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinker with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dumaguete.
