About the role

What you'll be doing- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop a strong understanding of store operations, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership
- Collaborate with experienced store managers to learn best practices in driving sales, optimising efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies, merchandising initiatives, and operational improvements
- Assist in the day-to-day management of store activities, including scheduling, staff supervision, and problem-solving
- Participate in data analysis and reporting to identify areas for growth and implement data-driven decisions
- Demonstrate a passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service to customers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Keen interest in retail operations and a desire to develop a career in store management
- Relevant internship or work experience in the retail or customer service industry is preferred
