Project Manager (Vertical Constructions) - Cebu

HIGHPOINT PROPERTY VENTURES is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee vertical construction projects in Cebu City. We are looking for someone with intensive experience in managing multi-level construction projects, strong technical knowledge, and excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of vertical construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Oversee coordination of architectural, structural, and MEPFS works with consultants and contractors
• Ensure strict adherence to construction methodology and safety standards
• Manage project documentation, permits, inspections, and progress reports
• Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and solutions with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in managing vertical construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of Architectural, Structural, MEPFS systems, and construction methodologies
• Proven ability in documentation control and timely reporting
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is a plus
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
