What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing and resilience programs to support the holistic growth and development of our employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee needs, designing tailored initiatives to enhance mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing
- Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and coaching to build resilience and foster a positive, supportive work environment
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine and improve program offerings
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and resources to help them navigate personal and professional challenges
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the People and Culture team, aligning wellbeing initiatives with the company's core values and objectives
- Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a wellbeing, employee engagement, or human resources role, preferably in the education or training industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful wellbeing and resilience programs that drive employee satisfaction and retention
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to deliver virtual and hybrid wellbeing initiatives
- Passionate about promoting mental health, emotional intelligence, and overall employee wellness
