Sales Management Officer (Real Estate/Laguna)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist the Sales Management Team Head in managing and executing sales and marketing programs
- Support the development and implementation of tactical sales operation plans based on approved budgets
- Monitor sales performance to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are achieved
- Supervise accredited brokers, licensed real estate professionals, and sales agents
- Handle filing, documentation, and safekeeping of sales-related records
- Assist in the processing and completion of buyers’ requirements, contracts, and other sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely release and approval of sales documents
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives
- Support the execution of promotional activities and sales campaigns
- Assist in resolving client and broker concerns related to transactions and documentation
- Assist in preparing sales reports, updates, and performance summaries
- Track sales pipeline, agent performance, and conversion rates
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, real estate sales, or brokerage support
- Real Estate Broker/Real Estate Practitioner license is an advantage but not required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
