Quality Assurance Manager (Garments)

About the Role

QA Manager will also drive continuous improvement in product durability, comfort performance, and manufacturing consistency.

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Establish quality inspection protocols for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
• Manage the planning, implementation of quality plans, ensure the correct parameters are in place for quality assurance
• Supervise the entire QA organization of the facility
• Investigate product defects, customer complaints, and production variances
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure compliance with product safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation for quality audits and certifications
• Work closely with production, R&D, and procurement teams to improve product performance
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and waste reduction

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years experience in quality assurance in manufacturing
• Experience in quality assurance in managerial role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of quality control methods and statistical analysis
• Experience with ISO quality systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to train staff and enforce quality standards across departments
