Logistics Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage international freight operations and onboard new clients into our logistics services. If you’re a natural communicator who thrives on precision, this is your moment!

You’ll be the go-to person for freight quotes, logistics provider coordination, and ensuring new clients are onboarded smoothly and efficiently. From FedEx to DHL, from Smartsheet to Trello, you’ll work across multiple systems to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international freight quotes and monitor a shared logistics inbox.
• Track freight performance and client data in Smartsheet, Trello, and Gold Vision.
• Onboard new clients from paperwork to first shipment.
• Liaise with freight providers to set up shipping accounts.
• Follow up on quotes, engage clients, and improve the onboarding journey.
• Deliver reports and suggest improvements to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, freight, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Smartsheet, Gold Vision.
• Strong multitasking skills and an eye for detail.
• A solution-focused mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work to UK Working Hours (3 pm to 12 midnight MNL time)
• Willingness to work or relocate in the Angeles City Pampanga Office
