General Summary
The Production Supervisor responsible for day-to-day production within the company. Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. The Production Supervisor plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities while continually coping with sales’ customer requirements.
Job Qualifications- Graduate of any engineering courses
- At least 1-year supervisory experience gained from Printing, Food Manufacturing or Flexible Packaging
- Knowledge in minor machine trouble shooting an advantage
- Familiarity with the following preferred: ISO Documentation and Processes, Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) or with BOSH or HACCP Training a definite PLUS
- Proficient in general computer operation (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Can motivate different personality within the department
- Orientation: Detailed, Meticulous, Flexible, Pro-Active, a Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time and Customer Service
- Skills: Leadership, Good Organizational, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical and Communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to focus on multiple projects
- Can Work under minimal Supervision
- Willing to work Monday - Saturday on Shifting Schedule at Barangay Ugong Valenzuela City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
