Wine Adore is offering an internship opportunity for individuals interested in developing hands-on experience in digital sales, customer relationship management, and product recommendation within the wine industry.

You will engage with customers primarily through digital platforms while supporting the sales process from initial contact to conversion, focusing on the Singapore market.

• Communicate with customers and leads through CRM systems and digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, messaging tools)
• Provide product recommendations and support purchase decisions
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to drive conversion
• Invite customers to wine tasting events and engagement campaigns
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain and update CRM database accurately
• Support digital sales campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams

• Based in Cebu,PH
• Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in customer engagement, sales, and business development
• Comfortable working with KPIs or sales targets
• No prior wine knowledge required (training provided)

• Monthly sales target (adjusted for internship level & target focus start after 3-months)
• Customer engagement and follow-up activity targets
• Contribution to event attendance (wine tastings, campaigns)
