Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in Quality Control.
- Strong knowledge of quality defects in plastic molded parts, with the ability to accurately evaluate product acceptability.
- Strong knowledge of quality defects in electronic PCB assemblies, with the ability to accurately evaluate product acceptability.
- Strong knowledge of quality defects in packaging materials, with the ability to accurately evaluate product acceptability.
- Experience in quality improvement activities.
- Experience in preparing quality control documentation and providing guidance on document preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of quality defects in wire harness components, with the ability to accurately evaluate product acceptability.
- Experience in the automotive parts industry.
- Experience working with Japanese companies.
- Experience in defect analysis, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Experience conducting customer, internal, and supplier audits.
- Knowledge of and practical experience with ISO 9001.
- Good understanding of Process Capability Indices (Cp/Cpk) and practical experience applying them in manufacturing.
- Experience in developing and implementing a Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQAM).
