What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small practice or distribution company setting
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the finance team and other departments
- Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and regulations applicable to the distribution industry
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
- Amenable to work full-time onsite, Mon-Fri work schedule (CWW)
