Directly Reporting to: Human Resource Manager

Job Purpose:

The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment, training and development facets of the department. They will be directly reporting to the Human Resource Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews manpower requisitions and verifies with the requisitioning part the qualifications needed of applicants for the vacant position.
  • Assists in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Conducts initial interviews and assist in candidate assessments.
  • Prepares employment offers and assist with pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintains recruitment database, trackers, and personnel files.
  • Ensures positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assists in the identification training needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Coordinates internal and external programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Prepares training schedules and materials needed.
  • Monitors training attendance and completion.
  • Assists in evaluating training effectiveness and preparing training reports.
  • Assists in the preparation of employee-related activities such as Company outings, parties, etc.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM or any related course.
  2. Must have at least 1-2 years experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment & training facets.
  3. Must be willing to work at Quezon City.
  4. Can start ASAP.
