Established in 2020, Hyperbrands Corporation provides end-to-end business solutions to FMCG brands in the Philippines. Our current business is in the distribution, marketing, and retailing of pet care products. We own and operate the local Social Media accounts and official E-Commerce Flagship Stores and distribute nationwide through a network of the country's top retailers, regional distributors, and local pet shops.

Some brands under us are: Dentalight, Moochie, Fresh Friends, Purry, Natura Nourish, Petter Care, and Jerky Time.

Job Title: Key Account Specialist
Location: Jenny's Avenue, Pasig city

Work Setup: Hybrid (upon regularization)

Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

General Responsibility

As a Key Accounts Specialist, you’ll be responsible for growth and ownership of Key Accounts sales, execution, and relationship-building. The day-to day involves planning, execution, and making sure Brand and Trade Marketing executions translate into sales, working closely working with Brand, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to make that happen.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Ownership, Attendance, and Communication
  • Take ownership of deliverables, timelines, and brand initiatives from planning to execution
  • Keep communication clear and consistent with the Sales Manager, Sales Supervisors, Marketing team, and cross-functional teams
  • Raise issues early, suggest solutions, and help keep teams aligned
Key Accounts Management & Execution
  • Support day-to-day management, achievement of sales targets, and sales pushes of assigned key accounts (supermarkets, pet chains, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Trade Marketing to ensure plans are properly rolled out and executed OTIF (On-Time, In-Full)
  • Coordinate with buyers and account stakeholders on listings, orders, and ongoing requirements, flag gaps, blockers, and deploy solutions
  • Maintain strong working relationships with accounts through consistent store visits, follow-ups, and reliable execution
In-Store Execution, Stocking & Merchandising
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and visible in-store, maintaining On-shelf Availability metrics and minimizing stock-outs
  • Work closely with merchandisers and salesmen to maintain share of shelf, good facing
  • Check that agreed promos, displays, and placements are implemented correctly
  • Conduct store visits when needed to validate execution
  • Track inventory movement and ensure timely replenishment, highlight faster or slower than usual SKU movement with actionable recommendations
Promo & Trade Execution Support
  • Support rollout of promos, discounts, and trade activities in stores
  • Ensure alignment with Trade Marketing plans and timelines
  • Coordinate with accounts and internal teams for smooth execution and feedback
  • Monitor results and provide feedback from the ground to come up with next step recommendations and strategic improvements
Compliance & Professional Standards
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with accounts and internal teams
Role Scope & Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end P&L and growth strategy of assigned brands/categories
  • Manage a portfolio across modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, and distributors
  • Drive planning across forecasting, pricing, promotions, and product launches
  • Make key decisions on portfolio expansion, product strategy, and channel focus
Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Key Accounts, Sales of FMCG or consumer goods
  • Background in account management, commercial strategy, and trade marketing executions
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
  • Being a FurParent is a big plus!!!
