Art Director - Muntinlupa

• Define and evolve the overall visual identity and creative strategy of the brand.
• Lead the design conceptualization and direction for advertising campaigns, digital platforms, social media, packaging, retail, in-store, and experiential activations, among others.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, motion designers, and freelancers.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to bring campaigns to life with a cohesive brand look and feel, while accomplishing company objectives.
• Review and approve all creative assets to ensure visual excellence and brand alignment.
• Translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative ideas.
• Stay on top of design trends, cultural shifts, and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Present creative concepts and visual strategies to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior creative role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, brand design systems, and multi-channel execution.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and other relevant tools.
• Experience working with motion graphics and video teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Exceptional taste, attention to detail, and understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in food & beverage, tech, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Preferably has experience working in advertising agency
