Job Summary:

The analyst will be responsible for building, maintaining, and delivering compelling data stories that align with business goals and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports usingPower BI,SQL, andExcel.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
• Quality:98%
• Productivity:100%
• CPD (Claims per Day):4.0 and above
• Attendance:95%
• Utilization:75%
• Support a team of 477 Credit Balance employees by providing timely and relevant performance reports.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend automation opportunities.
• Leverage tools likeSnowflake,Microsoft Fabric, andAI technologiesto enhance reporting capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master to Expert proficiencyin:
• Power BI
• SQL
• Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable to Advanced proficiencyin:
• Snowflake
• Microsoft Fabric
• AI/ML tools and techniques(for reporting and analytics)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities using data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in operations or healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a reporting or business intelligence role.
• Familiarity with performance metrics in shared services or BPO environments.
