JLL is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Service Delivery Manager - Facilities Management to join our team in the Philippines. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our facilities management operations, setting the vision and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
What You'll Do
You'll act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring our services consistently meet or surpass service level agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership: Establish the service delivery strategy, aligning with client objectives and leveraging the expertise of your team and the broader JLL network.
- Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, proactively soliciting feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee service delivery across multiple facilities, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all contracts, SLAs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Innovation: Identify and implement leading practices and innovations to enhance service delivery and drive operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 20 years of experience in a similar role. An MBA or other post-graduate degree is preferred.
- A background in managing regional stakeholders and executives.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Expert knowledge of facilities management best practices, strategic planning, and contract management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Open to work on mid shift and 100% onsite
