Site Quality Manager
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with expertise in quality systems, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in highly regulated industries.
As the Site Quality Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute a unified quality strategy across the Baguio site.
- Advance the quality maturity of the site to be predictable and optimized.
- Utilize state-of-the-art analysis and control techniques to predict quality trends and anticipate potential issues before they arise.
- Lead a team of functional quality leaders to ingrain a quality and continuous improvement culture throughout the organization that is aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP, etc.) and customer and regulatory (FAA, EASA, CAAC, etc.) specific requirements.
- Oversee internal and external audits, corrective actions, and risk mitigation plans.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality is built into new product introductions and manufacturing processes.
- Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators to site leadership.
- Serve as the primary quality liaison for key customers and regulatory bodies.
To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Business, or a related technical field (master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality management within the aerospace, defense, or space sectors.
- Proven experience managing quality across multiple business units or product lines.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
