Team Leader

Assist in monitoring the proper storage of raw materials in their respective locations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by monitoring records against actual stocks.
- Monitor status and sampling schedules of all raw materials.
- Support implementation of current Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP).
- Ensure completion of production requests; monitor daily temperature records.
- Evaluate performance of storage section personnel; monitor attendance and leave.
- Train new hires under the section; perform other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4‑year course
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in warehousing and inventory handling
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Responsible and hardworking
- Leadership potential and ability to foster effective teamwork
- Versatility in tasks
- Time and priority management
