What is the job?

The Accountant is responsible for overseeing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Leads and mentors teams to drive high performance and meet deadlines
Manages AR, revenue, AP, expenses, and cash account reconciliations
Handles fixed assets, accrued, prepaid, and deferred revenue accounting
Applies strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and compliance
Uses accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel
Demonstrates strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience.
At least two (2) years in a leadership or supervisory role.
