Organizational Development Manager

Job Summary

The Organizational Development Manager designs and implements strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance, while leading change initiatives and supporting business objectives. This role will primarily cater to and provide OD services to Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with its organizational needs and goals.

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement change management strategies for restructuring and process improvement initiatives
• Guide leaders and teams through organizational change to ensure smooth implementation
• Develop and execute employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention programs
• Implement performance management systems aligned with company goals and accountability standards
• Provide training and support on performance management tools and practices
• Design employee wellness and recognition programs to improve engagement and well-being
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders, including Motortrade Nationwide Corporation management
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members based on KPIs and performance standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in organizational development, change management, leadership development, or related HR functions
• Experience in a corporate or multi-branch organization is an advantage

• Strong understanding of organizational development and change management principles
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR and organizational data
• Project management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in HRIS and related HR tools
• Strong confidentiality and professional discretion
• Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a client-servicing setup
