Administrative Assistant (Spanish Bilingual)

Are you fluent in English and Spanish with a passion for supporting sales teams and delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team and help drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships while providing exceptional support.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
  • Provide administrative support, including sample and cooler ordering, deductions, planning, reporting, and data entry.
  • Prepare and maintain sales dashboards using AFS, COGNOS, Tableau, and VIP.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales materials and campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and coordinating sales meetings.
  • Travel to national sales meetings and industry events (approximately 4–5 times per year).
Qualifications
  • 100% bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as AFS, COGNOS, Tableau, or VIP is an advantage.
