Application Developer

Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver high-quality, well-tested, and standardized code on time while minimizing defects.
• Successfully scale sprint velocity and independently manage end-to-end feature development while resolving bugs within SLAs and minimizing dependency on senior developers.
• Achieve onboarding milestones, continuously upskill through certifications and new tools, and actively engage in internal knowledge-sharing while showing visible growth from feedback.
• Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration while supporting peers through constructive code reviews, clear communication, and comprehensive documentation.
• Independently resolve environment issues and take proactive ownership of assigned modules while proposing technical improvements and volunteering for critical initiatives beyond the core scope.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to boost productivity while securely building AI features, exploring LLM integrations, and sharing knowledge on prompt engineering with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language commonly used in a corporate environment, such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, .NET, or PHP.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Able to write and optimize SQL queries.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and similar platforms, including their integration into applications.
• Basic prompt engineering skills and understanding of how to structure effective prompts.
• Practical use of AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar solutions.
• Exposure to AI-powered application development, academic projects, internships, or personal projects involving LLMs and AI technologies is an advantage.
• Experience in application development in a business environment is an advantage; however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
