• Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales operations and administrative support
• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and on time
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Provide basic technical support and product information related to mechanical products
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to address order status, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and sales documentation standards

• Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineering Graduate
• At least 4 years of experience in sales assistance, order processing, or sales administration
• Technical background with knowledge of mechanical products or systems
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems
• Exposure to B2B sales or technical sales environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach
