Posted on 26 June 2025- Lead the Quality portfolio across Customer Services delivery for BFSI & Domain accounts and Consulting Practice for Contact Centers across all domains.
- Oversee Quality delivery across multiple communication channels, including Voice, Email, Correspondence, Chat, and Web.
- Drive Customer Service delivery for Telecom, Media & Information Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Consulting Practice.
- Act as a Solution Consultant for all non-BFSI Customer Service deals, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
- Increase revenue through new business wins and growth within existing accounts, while maintaining company-established margins.
- Manage profit and loss across all in-scope projects, including resource planning and financial management.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Industry Integrated).
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Collections practices.
- Proven expertise in Transitions, Business Setup, Operations Delivery & Management, Client Servicing & Relationship Management, Training & Development, Strategic Governance, and Process Re-engineering.
- Strong capabilities in Site Setup, Business Strategy, Planning, Change Control Management, and Risk Management.
- Experience managing multiple projects, with continued focus on enhancing customer experience by achieving excellence in service delivery and operations.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.
