Finance Senior Manager (For Pooling)
Johnson & Johnson Quezon City Full-time
- Planning and coordinating annual planning and forecasting processes for key financial and operational metrics, including KPIs as defined by service delivery
- Organizing financial benchmarking activities on a regular basis, including external benchmarking of service delivery performance to stay abreast of trends and assess financial impact
- Compiling data used in the preparation of financial reports and metrics dashboards at required reporting frequencies
- Leading the preparation of presentations and full financial packages on a quarterly basis, as well as for monthly leadership meetings and other reporting requirements to support service delivery and strategic initiatives
- Assisting in closing processes by generating month-end reports, reconciling general ledger accounts, and performing balance analysis as needed
- Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous operational improvement and driving data-backed solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinating and preparing information for internal and external stakeholders, including analysis, financial data, and reports; supporting internal and external audit processes as needed
- Coaching and training junior colleagues on processes, tools, and responsibilities
- Integrating Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making
- Minimum of 10 years
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related business courses
- Area of Study: Finance & Accounting
- Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical and/or MedTech; Shared Services or BPO environment preferred
- Experience working in integrated, multi-functional, and matrixed organizations
- Experience in financial planning & analysis, service performance management, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and visualization platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated tools
- Familiarity with controls, compliance, and audit frameworks
- Familiarity with project and portfolio management concepts
- Strong communication, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
