Junior Multimedia Artist

Wellspring is a fast-growing, Gen Z–first wellness brand best known for our viral vitamin gummies. We’re hiring a Junior Multimedia Artist to collaborate with our team to brand storytelling across digital, retail, and partnerships—turning scrolls into sales and customers into fans.
What you’ll do- Maintain our brand identity, making sure our visuals and messaging stay consistent across all channels.
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute 360° campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, e-commerce, outdoor ads, retail, PR, and brand partnerships—from concept to performance review.
- Create and manage a content pipeline for short-form videos, creator assets, and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Work closely with the Growth and E-commerce teams to turn customer insights and performance data into creative improvements every week.
- Co-create packaging and retail experiences that pop on shelves—and on socials
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, web design, graphic arts, or other relevant field, or equivalent education and experience - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Experience or background in Vitamins & Supplements, Beauty, or Fashion is a plus, but not required
- A strong portfolio: social-first campaigns, short-form video, packaging systems
- Excellence in art direction + copy direction, visual systems, motion/3D familiarity a plus
- Proficiency in editing software/s
- Data-driven mindset and bias to ship, learn, iterate
