Job Description: We are seeking motivated Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build pipeline, run outbound campaigns, and convert cold leads into qualified meetings for our clients. You will use our own AI-powered technology to generate leads and follow up with strategic phone outreach.

As the first voice prospective customers hear, you will become an expert in articulating the value of our AI solution, running crisp discovery conversations, and making prospects feel like they've just spoken to the future of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first voice that prospective customers hear through calls, emails, and creative outbound tactics
  • Run structured discovery conversations to qualify interest and book meetings for the Growth team
  • Work directly with the Head of Growth to test new markets, refine messaging, and influence GTM strategy
  • Become an internal voice of the market by sharing prospect insights back to the product and leadership team
  • Contribute to campaign development and outbound experiments that drive demand

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is required for this outbound sales role
  • Bachelor's degree qualification is required
  • Proven track record of setting and hitting ambitious goals (sales, sport, side hustle, or similar)
  • Naturally curious, confident asking questions, and comfortable making phone calls
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and thrives in early-stage environments
  • Excited by AI and eager to be part of a team building the future of sales
  • Coachable with a strong desire to develop sales skills

  • Proprietary AI-powered lead generation platform (training provided)
  • CRM tools for pipeline management and activity tracking
  • Email and phone outreach tools for outbound campaigns
  • Proficiency in standard communication tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365)
