  • Handles accounting-related transactions, including payroll processing, pay slip preparation, and billing every cut-off period.
  • Manages employee benefits and oversees salary administration.
  • Prepares and processes invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Issues bills and invoices to clients while ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Computes the 13th month pay for both resigned and active rank-and-file employees in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accounting, Business Management or any related courses in Banking and Finance
  • Male or Female
  • Data entry and word processing skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic knowledge of accounting principles are crucial
  • Ability to maintain records and manage multiple accounts is necessary.
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Deadline-driven department, so time management skills are essential.
  • With prior experience as Accounting Assistant
