Job Description
Posted on 8 May 2026- Handles accounting-related transactions, including payroll processing, pay slip preparation, and billing every cut-off period.
- Manages employee benefits and oversees salary administration.
- Prepares and processes invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Issues bills and invoices to clients while ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Computes the 13th month pay for both resigned and active rank-and-file employees in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accounting, Business Management or any related courses in Banking and Finance
- Male or Female
- Data entry and word processing skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic knowledge of accounting principles are crucial
- Ability to maintain records and manage multiple accounts is necessary.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Deadline-driven department, so time management skills are essential.
- With prior experience as Accounting Assistant
