Solution Analyst

Key Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Analysis, or Systems Design within the financial services industry
- Experience working with core banking and complex integration environments
- Exposure to core banking platforms such as TCS, Finacle, or Fiserv is preferred
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, design methodologies, and solution documentation
- Knowledge of integration, security, deployment, and infrastructure concepts
- Familiarity with non-functional requirements including performance, resiliency, disaster recovery, monitoring, and availability
- Strong banking domain expertise and business process understanding
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and design specifications
- Create and maintain architecture artifacts, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), data flows, and deployment diagrams
- Define, document, and govern non-functional requirements such as security, performance, scalability, and resiliency
- Lead architecture and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Conduct solution-level fit-gap assessments and recommend appropriate design approaches
- Coordinate dependencies across systems, applications, and technology platforms
- Provide design guidance and support to development, integration, and implementation teams
- Support environment planning, deployment activities, and release readiness reviews
- Contribute to testing strategy, defect resolution, and solution validation activities
- Ensure architecture compliance and alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives
