JOB TITLE: LEAD CENTRAL WAREHOUSE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Central Warehouse performs duties to organize and maintain the stock storage area.
• The position is responsible for leading in the variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, issuance of workshop requests, preparation of project site requests, checking of loading and unloading of materials from truck/s, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential and needed materials, consumables and spare parts.
• Directly reports to Plant Manager.
• Accommodates requests from project sites
• Issues requests from workshop
• Accomplished documents such as waybill and stock replenishment slip
• Checks Material Receiving Report (MRR)
• Allocates bin location and provides bin tag for new items
• Participates in year-end inventory
• Performs duties to organize and maintain the stock storage area.
• Places and organizes different types of material throughout the stock storage area to prevent damage and is able to keep track of them.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Maintains an active list of tools and material for reference.
• Work with in precise limits and standards of accuracy
• Follow oral and written directions
• Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Work within company policy as outlined in the Bauer Foundations Philippines, Inc. Company Policy and Code of Conduct Manual.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. High school diploma or vocational training with significant relevant experience is also considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role in logistics, inventory, or warehouse management.
• Experience in centralized warehousing or distribution centers is often preferred.
• Proficient in SAP
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock rotation, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with procurement, logistics, and other departments
