Collection Officer

The Collection Officer will support the company’s collection and billing operations by contacting clients regarding payment reminders, overdue balances, and account updates. The role requires professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills when speaking with customers through phone calls, text messages, emails, or other approved communication channels.

The successful candidate will help monitor accounts receivable, record payment updates, follow up on payment commitments, prepare basic collection reports, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve account concerns. This position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to handle customer concerns respectfully while helping the company maintain healthy cash flow.
