Facilities Management Services Lead

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Corporate Building Engineer with planning and implementing maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities, as well as conducting routine inspections to ensure that the building's systems are reliable and compliant with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports planning and execution of preventive maintenance for equipment, machinery, and facilities, including scheduling, scoping, and resource estimation.
• Conducts routine inspections and analyzes maintenance data to ensure reliability, safety, compliance, and enable predictive maintenance.
• Leads and guides technicians, while coaching junior team members on safety procedures and proper work techniques.
• Recommends improvements, repairs, and renovations based on facility assessments, and prepares reports on building condition with action plans.
• Handles emergencies, prepares required reports (e.g., punch lists), participates in meetings and training, and performs other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or any related technical course
• At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience in technical operations, maintenance, or construction projects
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
• Proficiency in using basic tools, equipment, and software such as AutoCAD and MS Office
• Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, perform fieldwork, and willing to travel
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (Preferred but not required)
