The Hospitality Assistant curates an elevated in-boutique experience centered on comfort, refinement, and sensory delight. This role embodies the spirit of the Maison by delivering impeccable and heartfelt food & beverage service transforming each client visit into a memorable and meaningful ritual.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a selection of beverages (coffee, tea, champagne) and light refreshments (including fine chocolate) to clients, following specific service protocols.
• Manage the F&B pantry. This includes ordering chocolates, coffee beans, teas, sparkling water, as well as tracking consumption and ensuring all items are within their "best before" dates.
• Maintain the "Art de Vivre" service collection, ensuring all service ware is meticulously hand-washed, polished, and stored to the highest standard without a single flaw, such as fingerprints or chips.
• Constantly patrol the seating areas to discreetly clear used glassware, refresh napkins, and ensure the lounge remains pristine and inviting.
• Provide dedicated F&B support during boutique activations, including retail animations, press launches, or VIP events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
• Prior experience as a Server, Waiter, Host, or Commis in a fine-dining restaurant or a 5-star hotel. Familiarity with luxury retail is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and deliver service with discretion, ensuring interactions between Sales Associates and clients remain uninterrupted. Must be proficient in multitasking.
• Must maintain a polished and poised pace even when the boutique is at peak capacity. Must be warm, gracious, and professional under pressure.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.
