• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or in a delivery support role
• Experience supporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including requirements documentation and testing activities
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar work management and documentation platforms
• Experience coordinating testing activities, including test documentation, execution tracking, and defect management
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience supporting data, reporting, or application development teams is an advantage
• Experience working within Scrum teams; Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is preferred
• Strong organizational, documentation, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within structured processes and delivery frameworks
• IIBA or PMI certification is an advantage

• Regular use of computer and standard office equipment
• Ability to sit, stand, communicate, listen, and take notes for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Support requirements analysis activities by documenting functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and change impacts based on inputs from senior analysts
• Assist with requirements traceability and validation across documentation, testing artifacts, and delivered solutions
• Support impact analysis for enhancements and changes by identifying affected processes, reports, or data elements
• Support data teams by preparing and maintaining delivery artifacts under their guidance
• Assist with execution tasks across project and delivery activities
• Provide internal reporting and status summaries for delivery leads and managers
• Maintain requirements documentation, process flows, test plans, and reference materials based on defined inputs
• Maintain documentation repositories such as Confluence to ensure information remains current and organized
• Coordinate and administer testing activities, including test case documentation, execution tracking, and defect logging
• Track testing progress and outcomes and provide clear reporting to senior analysts and managers
• Support release readiness by validating documentation and test evidence completeness
• Maintain Jira and ServiceNow work items, including acceptance criteria, status updates, and linkage between related records
• Support SDLC processes and governance activities
• Perform ongoing backlog and artifact hygiene to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Track and report on backlog health, testing status, and documentation completeness
• Support business-facing activities indirectly by preparing materials and project artifacts

• Deliver assigned work accurately and within established timelines
• Maintain high standards of documentation quality and attention to detail
• Follow established delivery processes and governance practices
• Comply with company policies and maintain regular attendance during core business hours
