Accounting Staff - Inventory

• Processes stock movements, including incoming and outgoing items, across various storage locations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Prepares and generates daily inventory reports to monitor stock levels and movements.
• Coordinates with operations and customers to address inquiries and concerns related to inventory.
• Performs inventory reconciliation to ensure alignment between physical counts and system records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Business Administration Major in Financial

Qualifications:

• Management, BS Management Accounting, and other related field Fresh graduates
• Knowledge of accounting principles, particularly accounts receivable, billing processes, and credit and collection procedures.
• Ability to review and analyze financial records, reconcile accounts, and detect inconsistencies or errors.
• Strong communication skills to professionally follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with clients or internal departments.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial entries, reports, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and meet strict deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills to efficiently address billing disputes, payment issues, and account discrepancies.
• Basic proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and financial reporting.
