About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled, forward-thinking Senior AI Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and adoption of AI solutions across our organization. This role goes beyond coding models—you’ll train teams, drive AI adoption, and recommend the tools and strategies that deliver real, measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions tailored to business needs
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, and similar platforms
• Develop and optimize Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector search, and chatbot solutions
• Build and maintain AI services using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, App Services, AKS, and related Azure services
• Build and manage APIs, microservices, and containerized AI applications deployed to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure App Services
• Lead AI architecture discussions and define best practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance, security, and scalability
• Lead internal AI enablement by training and mentoring technical and non-technical teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact AI use cases
• Establish AI governance processes, including responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, and model monitoring
• Stay current with the latest AI trends and translate them into practical applications
• Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability in production environments

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software or AI/ML engineering, including hands-on design and deployment of AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong experience in Azure-based AI environments, cloud-native application architectures, Kubernetes, and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong experience with Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, or similar
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, vector databases, and conversational AI
• Experience with Azure services including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledgeable with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring developers, engineers, and business teams, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Redis, Elasticsearch, or Azure AI Search
• Experience with data engineering and ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with C#, .NET, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
• Knowledge in regulated industries such as insurance, finance, or healthcare
• Exposure to MLOps, responsible AI, model versioning, and AI governance frameworks
• Microsoft Azure certifications related to AI, data, or cloud architecture
